Do I need to take out Insurance?
Adams & Rofe Removals and Storage take all the care and precautions necessary to ensure that your goods will arrive at their destination safely. However, we strongly suggest that you consider insurance as your goods will be exposed to a higher risk of loss or damage than when they are inside your home.
Does your Insurance cover my move?
Whilst Adams & Rofe Removals and Storage carry all necessary insurance for our equipment and employees there are various circumstances for which we, as your removalist, may not be liable to make good any loss or damage to your goods. The Financial Services Reform Act has imposed strict guidelines on who can legally provide insurance to their customers. Adams & Rofe Removals and Storage is an authorised representative of Aldridge & Street, a division of Cowden (VIC) Pty Ltd which holds Australian Financial Services License No. 245658. BEWARE OF REMOVALISTS OFFERING INSURANCE WHO ARE NOT LICENSED TO DO SO.
